Orders are made upon purchase, therefore we do not accept returns; however, we do allow exchanges. Order changes/cancellations are available within 24 hours of purchase. If you have any problems with your order please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution!

Joon & Jigar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any issues once the item is shipped, please contact your local USPS.
